Parsa Bazaar, along the East-West Highway, witnessed a tragic road mishap resulting in injuries to at least 31 passengers. The incident occurred last night when a bus traveling from Kalaiya to Kathmandu, with the registration number plate Bagmati Province 03-001 Kha 2561, lost control.
According to the Area Police Office in Khairahani, Khairahani municipality-8, the bus accident took place in Parsa Bazaar. After losing control, the bus veered off the road and overturned, causing injuries to the passengers. Promptly, all the injured individuals were rushed to the Old Medical College in Bharatpur for medical treatment.
Among the injured, one individual is in critical condition, while 14 others sustained minor injuries, as reported by the police. Fortunately, the remaining 16 passengers are in stable condition, according to the authorities.
